Submersible Pump with Jet Ring

Hydroman™ Submersible dredge pumps with water jet ring can be widely used in mining, power, metallurgy, coal, environmental protection and other industries to transport abrasive slurry containing solid particles. The TSQ Submersible dredge pump has advanced structure, wide channel and strong slurry discharge capacity. In addition to the main impeller, the TSQ dredge pump can be equipped the High pressure water jet ring system to use in presence of compact, very dry or clay materials. For electric pumps it can be used as an alternative to hydraulic cutters. This system consists of a jet ring frame, mounted on the pump filter, a high pressure centrifugal pump (available in electric and hydraulic versions), a suction hose with water filter and non-returns valve and a delivery line.

▪ High quality abrasion resistance materials ensure long life of all components.

▪ Temperature sensor, embedded in the electric motor, and Moisture sensor, in the oil chamber, are available options to protect the pump in the most demanding application.

▪ Adjustable Hi-Chrome suction side Wear Plate maintains maximum performance for extended periods by a simple adjustment of the gap between the wear plate and the impeller.

▪ Replaceable wear parts: casings, impellers, wear plates all can be replaced independently.

▪ Lube Oil Inspection Ports: a wide angle port outside the submersible slurry pump ensures easy inspection of shaft seal oil levels as well as providing easy access for oil replacement.

▪ The excavating action is created by the Hi-Chrome agitator blades that lift settled sediments which then get sucked into the submersible Dredge pump, creating a continuous flow of concentrated slurry.
