Hydraulic Solids Pump

Hydroman™ TQSY Hydraulic Submersible Solids Handling Pumps are designed and built to transport any type of mixture, such as bentonite, sand, gravel, cement slurries and, in general, water with abrasive solids, the TQSY hydraulic solids handling pumps are equipped with an agitator and can be coupled with side excavators or a cutter head to maximize the removal of solid materials from the seabed and the bottom of rivers. Thanks to these features, the Hydroman submersible solids handling pumps are ideal for dredging and pumping the dirty and high density water resulting from industrial and mining activities.

Hydroman™ TQSY Hydraulic Submersible Solids Handling Pumps Attachments:

▪ Hydraulic Excavator

The hydraulic excavators, normally mounted on the right and left hand sides of the pump casing, are used for hard compacted soil where a mechanical excavator would otherwise be required. Together with the action of the agitator mounted on the pump shaft, the resulting slurry is drawn into the pump suction and pumped out through the discharge line.

▪ Jet Ring

Breaks up the solids with the power of water. High pressure water jet ring system can be used in the presence of compact, very dry or clay materials. For electric slurry pumps the jet system can be used as an alternative to hydraulic cutters. It consists of a jet ring frame mounted on the pump strainer & a high pressure centrifugal pump (available in electric and hydraulic versions).

▪ Hydraulic power packs

Hydraulic power packs are specifically designed for use with the hydroman hydraulic submersible pump series equipment. The power packs are based on diesel engines, that complies with latest emission requirements, or electric motors and are built with high quality components. The hydraulic system is based on close loop design therefore maximum oil flow can be controlled without varying diesel engine/electric motor speed. Every Power Pack can be adapted to better fit customer needs with additional oil source to drive ancillary equipment (such a winches or water pumps).

▪ Discharge hose, coupling and floats

The efficiency of your pumping installations notably depends on the discharge line you connect the pump to. The layout of the discharge installation is crucial. The adequate choice in terms of type and quality of the pipes is also very important. Hydroman pumps offer short delivery delays on a large range of quality hoses, couplings and floats. ▪ Electric cables

Electric cables conform to international norms and perfectly compatible with our different models of hydroman pumps are available from stock. The connection of the cable on the hydroman pump you order is free of charge. Perfect water-tightness and electric security is guarantied.

▪ Control panels

Hydroman control panels help you to get an easy control on the good working of your hydraulic submersible pumps. Hydroman pumps manufacture a complete range of control panels, equipped with different starting systems, adapted to the specific requirements of hydraulic driven pumps. Adequate calibration optimally protects the pump motor.
