THY300B Hydraulic Slurry Pump

Hydroman™ THY300B Hydraulic Submersible Slurry Pump is a new designed Tobee developed. It is mainly used as an excavator attachment taking place of grab bucket when there is too much water, mud and not suitable for digging. It is driven by the excavator hydraulic system or a separate hydraulic station to pump sand, sludge mortar etc. Its flow passage components is made of high-strength and wear-resistant alloy. It's mostly attached to amphibious excavator, swamp excavator, dredging excavators, or cutter suction dredger, bucket dredgers etc to operate. The 27% chrome white iron agitator assists in the pumping of slurries by breaking up large particles and agitating high concentrations of solids .

Design Features:

▪ The bottom of the Hydroman hydraulic slurry pump is equipped with a mixing device. At the same time, it can be equipped with two sides and variable independent agitators, which can prevent the pump from being blocked by large fixed substances, so that the solid and liquid can be fully mixed, so that it is more convenient to handle.            

▪ The Hydroman hydraulic slurry pump can deal with solid substances with a maximum particle size of 150 mm, and the solid-liquid extraction concentration can reach more than 70%.            

▪ The Hydroman hydraulic slurry pump is mainly installed on the excavator, and the power is provided by the excavator hydraulic station to realize the free transition, and the power source is diesel engine, which can solve the problem of inconvenient power during construction in remote areas.           

▪ Flow passage parts: that is to say, the pump casing, impeller, guard plate and mixing impeller are all made of high chromium alloy. Other materials can be customized.            

▪ Adopt unique sealing device to avoid frequent replacement of machine seal and improve working efficiency.
