Submersible Slurry Pump Liners

Hydroman™ Submersible Slurry pumps Liners include Front Wear Liners, Back Wear Liners, They are also the wet parts for submersible slurry pumps. The two wear liners link up the pump casing for forming a pump chamber to work with impeller. As a wet part, its material is very important and Hydroman pump offer high chrome alloy (27% chrome) wear liners which is very abrasive-resistant and corrosive-resistant.

KmTBCr27 is a wear resistant high chrome alloy that offers excellent performance under erosive conditions. The alloy can be effectively used in a wide range of slurry types. The high wear resistance of it provided by the presence of hard carbides within its microstructure. It is particularly suited to applications where mild corrosion resistance, as well as erosion resistance is required.

Chemical Resistance:

KmTBCr27 is generally not suitable for highly corrosive duties. It can be used in mild corrosive duties, within a pH range of 5 to 12, for sulphuric and nitric acids, or sodium hydroxide applications.
