Hydroman™ Submersible Sewage Sludge Pumps is desined for handling thick sludges,large amounts of mud and sewage transport mixed with up to 70% solids, the Submersible Sewage Sludge Pump with temperature sensor, embedded in the electric motor, and Moisture sensor, in the oil chamber, are available options to protect the submersible pump for normal operating in the most demanding underwater application.

As overheating is a leading causes of submersible sludge pump failure in submersible pumping systems, so the purpose of the Cooling Jacket for Submersible Sewage Sludge Pump is to prevent the overheating of the motor when the submersible sewage sludge pump have to be operated in the site that the pumping liquids level is lower than the submersible motor. There are different systems on the market for different types of installations. The cooling media can be air, water, oil, etc. It is preferable to cool with water or a mixture of glycol and water as opposed to oil.
