Hydroman^® Submersible Slurry Agitator Pump using method and precautions:

▪ Before the using submersible drainage mud pump, please carefully check whether the submersible cable is damaged, whether the fasteners are loose or fall off, and whether the submersible mud pump is deformed or damaged during transportation, storage and installation.

▪ Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the same and relative grounds of the electric slurry pump motor. The value should not be lower than 2 megohms. Otherwise, the stator winding of the motor should be dried,and the temperature of the drying treatment should not exceed 120°C.

▪ The rotation direction is counterclockwise from the water inlet after the submersible industrial effluents sewage pump is turned on, if the electric submersible waste water sludge pump is reversed, submersible sludge pump only needs to exchange any two wires in the cable and adjust the wiring position.

▪ The ground wire of the casing of the electric submersible sand pump must be connected in strict accordance with the relevant regulations. In order to ensure personal safety during use of the electric submersible mud pump, when the electric submersible dredging pump is running,it is strictly forbidden to install people nearby to do things or move in the water, just in case the electric pump accidents due to electric leakage.
